We remove manufacturer badges, emblems and branding from vehicle models (e.g. for lore-friendly or legal-safe servers). The model is cleaned up in 3D — not just textured over — so it looks factory-clean from every angle.
Cfx Escrow is FiveM's file encryption. We can't edit encrypted resources, so files you send us must be unlocked. In return, everything we deliver is also 100% open and unlocked — you fully own it, with no hidden encryption, subscriptions or kill-switches.
Custom-tuned handling for your vehicle: top speed, acceleration, braking, traction, suspension, weight and drive bias. Choose a style (realistic, semi-realistic, or arcade/racing) and we tune and test it in-game until it drives right.
If the vehicle has a template (UV map), send it and we'll design on it. If there's no template, we can create one for an extra fee — just add the Template Creation add-on to your order.
We retexture EUP and custom clothing (.ydd/.ytd) — department patches, badges, name tapes, camo patterns, full uniform recolors and custom designs. Send us the base files and your reference images.
PayPal (Goods & Services invoice — buyer protection included), CashApp and crypto (BTC/LTC/ETH). Prices are listed in your selected currency but settled in USD equivalent at payment time.
Most single-vehicle orders are delivered in 24–48 hours. Large packs (10+ vehicles or full EUP packs) take 3–7 days. Rush delivery is available at checkout for +50%.

Pine Customs ("we", "us") provides digital modification services for FiveM: vehicle debadging, handling.meta tuning, livery retextures and clothing retextures. All work is delivered as digital files. Nothing physical is shipped.
By sending us files, you confirm you own them or have permission to modify them. We do not accept, decrypt or work on Cfx Escrow (encrypted) resources — all files must be sent unlocked. You are responsible for complying with the license terms of any assets you send us.
Turnaround times shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Rush orders are prioritized but still depend on order complexity. We deliver files via Discord ticket.
Delivered files are 100% unlocked and yours to use on your own server(s). You may not resell, redistribute or claim our work as a service of your own without written permission.
Payment is due as agreed in your ticket (typically 50% up front, 50% after preview approval, or full payment for small orders). Prices displayed in non-USD currencies are approximate; payment is settled in USD equivalent.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first voids all support and revisions and results in a permanent service blacklist. Contact us first — our refund policy is fair.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with a full refund of unearned payment), including work we consider infringing, illegal or abusive.
Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for issues arising from your server configuration, third-party resources, or game/platform updates after delivery. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

100% refund. If you cancel before we begin, you get everything back, no questions asked.
50% refund. If you cancel after work has started but before delivery, half the order value is refunded to cover time already spent.
No refund. You approve a preview of the finished work before final payment, so delivered and accepted files are not refundable. Digital goods cannot be "returned".
100% refund. If we can't complete your order, or miss the agreed deadline by more than 7 days without an agreed extension, you get a full refund.
Every order includes unlimited minor revisions for 7 days after delivery (tweaks to the work ordered — not new features or additional items).
Open your order ticket in Discord (or DM us with your Order ID) and tell us what went wrong. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
